Dues, properly
Monthly, quarterly or annual schedules. One-time charges. Late fees with a grace period and the bylaw citation. Autopay, partial payments, receipts. Bank transfer by default; card as a priced option.
The money is the association's
Stripe pays out to the association's own connected account. CommunitEze never holds it, never commingles it, and reconciles what it records against Stripe every night.
A ledger for a desk
Anything a treasurer does with money or records is fully usable in a browser. Six columns, figures aligned, status as a word. Reconciling on a phone is not a design position.
Units and members
Import a spreadsheet in any layout. Search, filter and sort that hold up at three hundred units. Co-owners share one bill and one vote.
Announcements, board, events
Reach everyone who lives here, owners only, or the board — never a list that quietly becomes a census of who rents. Text is for emergencies; email and the app for everything else.

Bring in a management company and decide, surface by surface, what they may do. Budgets, assessments, fines, liens and rule changes stay with the board — in every state we know of.
What the app will not decide for you.
Whether a delinquent owner's tenant keeps pool access. Whether co-owners share one vote. What the repair boundary is between a unit and the common elements. Your declaration answers these, and where it's silent the app asks the board — out loud, once, and remembers. It never guesses, and it never fines anyone on its own.
