For management companies
Eleven associations. Three staff. One invoice.
A board hires your company and decides, surface by surface, what you may do for them. Your staff work across every association they're assigned to from one queue, and you pay one bill for the whole portfolio.
Scoped by association
A bookkeeper on two accounts sees two. A community manager on six sees six. Nobody sees across associations they aren't assigned to — not in search, not in exports, not in notifications.
The board grants; the board can revoke
Access is a set of named capabilities — manage the roster, record payments, post news, view financials — granted per engagement and visible to the board at all times. Ending an engagement removes all of it at once.
Work accounts are work accounts
A staff login holds only the company's work. Anyone who also owns or rents keeps that on a personal account — the way you'd expect at a bank.
What can't be delegated, isn't
Budgets, assessments, fines, liens and rule changes stay with each board. The app won't let a board hand them to a manager, which protects you as much as them.
Billed to the company
One payer, one payment method, one invoice per month — computed per door across the portfolio, pro-rated from the day an engagement starts. Never eleven subscriptions.
Trust, but verify
Every figure CommunitEze holds about a payment is checked against Stripe nightly, and every disagreement is logged where you can see it. Nothing is silently corrected.
Getting hired takes an email address.
There is no public directory of companies, so nobody is hired by accident. A board enters your company's email, finds you, and chooses what you may do. If they invite you before you've registered, the account is waiting the day you do.
